Everything you order from Gulfayo ships from our warehouse inside the UAE, so it reaches you in days — not weeks.

You Order

Place your order online. No card needed — choose Cash on Delivery at checkout.

We Confirm

We message or call you to confirm your address and order details before dispatch.

We Dispatch

Your parcel leaves our UAE warehouse within 0–1 working days of confirmation.

You Pay on Arrival

Your courier delivers in 1–2 working days. Pay cash when it reaches your door.

Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched within 0–1 working days and typically arrive in 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Where We Deliver

We deliver across all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.

Remote or restricted areas may take an extra working day.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is free on all orders across the UAE. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

There are no hidden fees, customs charges or COD surcharges.

Cash on Delivery

Pay in cash directly to the courier when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready where possible.

You do not need a credit card or bank account to order from us.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is dispatched you will receive tracking details by email or WhatsApp.

If you have not heard from us within 48 hours of ordering, message us and we will check for you.

Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery again or contact you to rearrange.

Please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout so we can reach you.

A note on order confirmation

Because we offer Cash on Delivery, we confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before we dispatch it. This protects both of us from incorrect addresses and accidental orders. If we cannot reach you after a few attempts, we may hold the order until you get back to us.
